Participation in athletic events, camps, showcases, training sessions, or physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Illness
• Physical contact
• Equipment-related incidents
• Heat-related conditions

By participating in any CAG Sports activity, participants and parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

CAG Sports, its owners, staff, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in events or services.

Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician before participating in athletic activities.

Participants are responsible for:

• CAG Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, facility issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Memberships

• Membership fees may be billed monthly or annually.
• Memberships may be canceled according to the cancellation terms provided at signup.
• No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods unless required by law.

Consulting Services

• Consulting fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

By participating in CAG Sports events or services, participants and parents/guardians grant CAG Sports permission to capture and use:
